Reinstall cable strength member (CSM) clamps

as shown and torque to 25 in.-lbs.

9.3

Install vinyl caps over the CSM clamps. Color

coded cable ties can be installed at this time

to attach caps, and can also be used to identify

feeder or distribution cables.
