Warranty - Terms and Conditions
Products are warranteed for 30 days from date of delivery provided product has
not been accidentally or deliberately abused, disassembled, or modified in any
manner. Products may be
returned for full refund minus freight charges with prior approval via email from
3DTV Corp and a tracking number MUST be provided.
These warranties are in lieu of all others, express or implied and
3DTV Corporation makes no representation of the suitability, quality or
performance of its products except as stated in the product literature. ln no event
shall 3DTV Corporation be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting
from the use of its products or from any error or defect in the product or
documentation. ln no event shall 3DTV Corporations liability exceed the price paid
for the product.
