Accessing the Wizard
The Wireless Cable/DSL Gateway setup program is Web-based, which means that
it is accessed through your Web browser (Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer).
To use the Setup Wizard:
1 Ensure that you have at least one computer connected to the Gateway. Refer to
chapter 2 for details on how to do this.
2 Launch your Web browser on the computer. Enter the following URL in the
location or address field of your browser:
http://192.168.1.1 . (Figure 9)

3 To log in as an administrator, enter the password (the default setting is admin ) in
the System Password field and click Log in (Figure 10).
Be sure to bookmark this screen for easy reference if you should want to change
the Gateway settings.
