1. Safety instructions
The blood pressure sensor is only suitable for
educational purposes! The measured data and
curves obtained with it must never be used for
assessing the state of health of a person!

Do not use the blood pressure sensor for
diagnostic purposes!

Do not use the blood pressure sensor for
monitoring the effects of therapeutic
treatments!

The blood pressure sensor must not be opened
or interfered with under any circumstances!
2. Description
Sensor box for indirect (non-invasive, non-
operative) measurement of the arterial blood
pressure of a test person by the oscillometric
method, using a cuff at one of the extremities. It
can be used to measure the upper (systolic) and
lower (diastolic) pressure, to measure the pulse rate
using an acoustic signal generator, and for
demonstrating the
Korotkoff
sounds using the data-
processing software of the 3B NET
lab
TM
.
The sensor box is detected automatically by the 3B
NET

.
