5.2. Upgrade step 

        5.2.1 

Application program

 

Upgrade file format is: 

M5200-APP-*******. crc   

            Step1 .Copied the file you want to upgrade to the Micro-SD card, be sure to make the file 

complete copied; 

            Step2. Insert the Micro-SD card in equipment without power 

            Step3. After device is activated; the system will automatically check the Micro-SD upgrade 

package file .and then it will automatically be upgraded; 

            Step4. Upgrade finished, restart the equipment 

5.2.2 File system / bootstrap program / kernel program 

           

M5200-RFS-*******.crc 

M5200-LDR-*******.crc 

M5200-KNL-*******.crc 

 

                    Upgrade as above, upgrade file system / bootstrap program / kernel program 

 

Remarks:

Make sure there have upgrade file in SD card , and before upgrading equipment must be in the 

power off state ;

 

②

 

During update, the device screen display update hint automatically 

 

             

6. FAQs 

   

 

Q: Cannot boot 

A: Detect the battery contacts are well, you can access the external power supply for trying boot   

 

Q: Unable to register to the center software platform 

A:  Please  detect  the  device  parameters  configuration  of  IP  platform  and  port  fill  in  is 

correct or not, make sure 3G dial-up or WIFI connection has been successfully. 

Q: Video screen display abnormal 

A

Check the camera cable is well connected . 

Q: Upgrade failed 

A

：

Make  sure  the  upgrade  file  is  put  under  the  MICRO  SD  card  root  directory;  the 

upgrade file and the device are matching.
