PSU2412 Additional Circuit Breaker Kit (KT0546)
Installation Instructions
General Description
The PSU2412 Additional Circuit Breaker Kit is used to add another Circuit Breaker to a VIGILANT PSU2412 Power
Supply. Up to two kits may be fitted.
These instructions cover the fitting and connection of the Circuit Breaker. They do not cover details of any
necessary changes to the system configuration or other hardware.

Circuit Breaker Installation
Follow these steps to install an additional Circuit Breaker in a PSU2412.
1. Unplug the PSU2412 from mains power.
2. Remove the PSU2412 from the rack cabinet.
3. Remove the PSU2412 cover.
4. Remove screws, nuts, washers and rubber bung from the spare Circuit Breaker position where you intend to fit
the additional Circuit Breaker (see Figure 1). These are no longer required.
