Specifi cation:

Shall be U.S. Range Cuisine 36" (914mm) Heavy Duty Range 

Series.  Model  _______  with  total  BTU/hr  rating  of_______

__  when  used  with  natural/propane  gas.  Finish  is  to  be  stain-

less steel front and sides. Unit is to have 6" (152mm) legs with 

adjustable feet.

Ovens  -

  oven  door  is  to  be  one  piece.  Oven  interior  is  to  be 

stainless  steel  with  a  heavy-duty,  “keep-cool”  door  handle. 

Standard oven to come with a thermostat having temperature range 

from 150° (low) to 500° F (66°-260°C). Oven interior is to have one 

chrome plated oven rack for standard ovens and three for convec-

tion ovens.

Open Burners -

 are to be 30,000 BTU/hr per burner with center pilot 

and a one piece, cast iron top grate over two open burners.

12" (305mm) Section Hot Tops -

 are to be 25,000 BTU/hr each 

burner with one per plate.

18" (457mm) Section Hot Tops -

 are to be 32,500 BTU/hr each 

burner with one per plate.

12" (305mm) French Tops -

 are to have 30,000 BTU/hr open top 

burner under front open - top section and 15,000 BTU/hr open top 

burner under rear Hot Top Section.
