APPLY TENSION TO POLY STRAPPING
1. Thread the poly strapping through both tightener
grips and squeeze the handles to grip strapping.
(See Figure 1)
2. Pull the Tightener/Cutter until poly strapping is
tensioned as needed. If necessary, hold down
opposite side of strapping with gloved hand to
prevent slipping. (See Figure 2)
TRIM EXCESS STRAPPING
1. Place strapping in trimming slot. (See Figure 3)
2. Squeeze handles to cut strapping.

these instructions can result in severe personal

1. Always wear safety glasses with side shields to
prevent severe eye injury or blindness. Safety
glasses should conform to ANSI Standard Z87.1
or EN 166.
2. Always wear protective gloves when handling strap
or sharp parts.
3. Maintain proper footing and balance when
operating the tool.
4. DO NOT use this tool if you are not trained in its use.
5. Keep work areas uncluttered and well lit.
