PROV TROUBLESHOOTING

The Applicator or Hose is warm to touch

It is normal to feel warm, if you are concerned about this please contact Tanning Essentials.

Applicator Cup is Leaking

Check the following if your applicator cup is leaking.

1. Is it cross threaded? Loosen off and tighten again.

2. It is recommended your cup is filled  ½ to ¾.

3. Is it tight enough? Tighten the cup

Applicator Not Working Correctly

Perform routine maintenance (listed below)

This should be done at the end of every day that the applicator has been used.

1. Remove the hose

2. Unscrew the solution cup and empty any excess solution. It is recommended that this be done

over a sink or a wet area.

3. Rinse the empty solution cup with warm water

4. Refill the cup with warm water and screw back into the applicator, set the solution dial to ‘C’,

reconnect the hose and spray until the water runs clear. Rinse and repeat if required.

5. Wipe any excess water from the applicator with a cloth and leave out to dry.

Is there a variation in the way your applicator is spraying? For example, not enough spray coming

out, cutting in and out, or speckled spray.

You may need to adjust your applicator and power settings, test airflow, perform filter maintenance

(listed below) or perform the ProV Applicator Maintenance located on page 2.

The filter is located on the bottom of the unit.

1. To clean the filter, remove from the cover, and rinse in warm water until water runs clear.

2. Allow it to dry completely before refitting.

Filter maintenance should be performed regularly.

For any other issues, refer to your manual or contact Tanning Essentials directly.
