How to Replace the Presser Foot Pressure Spring

Remove the thread
3mm T-wrench,＋driver
tension adjusting plate

Remove the head face plate
＋driver,－driver

Replace the presser foot
－driver(small)
pressure spring
2.5 T-wrench

Set the upper dead &
manual knob, presser
lower drop
lower drop point and
foot height control
point gauge
the presser foot height
rubber (0.5t,1t)
and presser
foot

Assemble the thread
3mm T-wrench,＋driver
height gauge
tension adjusting plate

Assemble the head face plate
＋driver,－driver
1. Remove the Thread Tension Adjusting
Plate
Refer to Picture 1
1)Change the color at a position that the needle bar
to be replaced does not interfere with reciprocator.
(If the presser foot of #2 needle bar is replaced,
change the color with a needle bar other than #2)
2)Remove the thread tension adjusting plate.
2.Remove the Head Face Plate
1) Remove the head face plate (L) & (U).
