II. RS-232 Control Wiring

For IR wiring, see product manual for the SP Controls device. 

Wire RS-232 control to a male DB9 as shown. Connect DB9 cable to PLUS serial adapter cable (must be
separately ordered from PLUS, part no. TCB-769760000). 

Connect the PLUS adapter cable to projector small USB port near the audio connector on the back of the
projector. See Part IV. below for more information on locating  the communication port.

Warning

: The PLUS serial adapter cable (P/N: YCB-C- 769760000) contains active electronics. 

Ringing

it out with a continuity meter may damage the adapter cable.

 

SPLASH SCREEN DISPLAY OFF

: To disable Splash Screen display, navigate through the on-screen

menus to 

Setup, 

inside the 

Options 

menu set the

AUTO SOURCE OFF

: To disable Auto Source,navigate through the on-screen menus to
