for the BBC News channel

Down Arrow
button to select

on the fourth
line of the menu and

Auto Tune
on the first line
of the menu and
press
the
OK
button
4)
Use the arrow
buttons to select
Yes
and press the
OK
button
5)
Re-tuning screen
