CHAIN INSTALLATION
1.
Loosen the nut counterclockwise and remove
the side cover.
2.
Install the chain guide blade: first load the chain
onto the chain guide. Ensure that
chain’s inner
teeth fall into the guide slot.
3.
Pay attention to the direction of the cutting
teeth.
4.
When installing the guide blade, ensure the
groove on it is positioned on the main bolt.
5.
Pull the chain over the sprocket and align the
pin hole.
6.
Install the side cover and tighten the bolt nut.
CHAIN MAINTENANCE
CALIBRATE THE TIGHTNESS OF THE CHAIN
Calibrating the tightness of the chain on the guide
blade can offer you the best using experience. If the
chain is too tight on the guide blade, then there will
be more friction so it will wear the guide blade and
consume the battery faster. If the chain is too loose
on the guide blade, then sometimes the chain can
fall off during use.
