INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pull the release lever as shown in 

Fig. 1

 and lift the handle as shown in 

Fig. 2

.

2. Adjust the length and tension of the cargo bar by moving the handle up and down repeatedly.
3.  Once the footpads fit securely against the vehicle walls, pull lever and place handle down to lock.

4.  To collapse cargo bar for storage, pull lever and lift the handle to the fully open position.

Inner tube will now slide freely. Pull lever and place handle down to lock.

•  DO NOT use your ratcheting cargo bar for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
•  Do not attempt to drill, weld, or modify your ratcheting cargo bar or any of the components.
•  Your ratcheting cargo bar must be inspected for signs of wear, corrosion and fatigue before each use. DO NOT use if bent or deformed.
•  Do not use your ratcheting cargo bar for personal restraint.
