NETWORK CONFIGURATION:
1.
If you are using a MANAGED GIGABIT LAYER2 and above switch, please configure the following:
a.
LAYER 2 IGMP SNOOPING = ON
b.
LAYER 2 DROP ALL UNREGISTERED IGMP TRAFFIC = ON
c.
JUMBOFRAMES = ON
2.
Your network must have a DHCP server so each device will receive its own IP ADDRESS automatically
If no DHCP Server is already installed, you could use a simple Internet router with wifi and lan
so this will provide both the DHCP service to your switch / network and the wifi connectivity to any computer
and control laptop.
3.
UNMANAGED switch can also be used, as the TP-LINK SG-1024 & SG-1048 or similar
These switches does not requires any configuration
INSTALLATION:
1.
Connect all the transmitters to the video sources and the network, THEN turn it on, so it can acquire the DHCP.
2.
Set each Transmitter ID to a different number.
The Transmitter ID is the unique identifier of each transmitter over the network, and this number will be used to
recognize each transmitter on the control software, while the transmitter channel might change from time to
time.
3.
Set EACH Transmitter channel to a different number, so the ip streaming will not conflict eachother
4.
As example, to start, each transmitter can be set to a different number, equal for both the ID and Channel, as
01 01 02 02 03 03 etc
