PHS2000 Prevail Commode/Shower Chair
Assembly and operating Instructions
1.
Cut tape around box and remove contents from package.
The Prevail will be in four parts: Seat assembly (includes
armrests), legs (4), commode pale and backrest. Arrange
them in front of you for easy assembly. Four bolts are also
included for attachment of the legs to the Seat Assembly.

Take the Seat Assembly and begin to attach the legs. The legs
can be inserted into the four corners of the Prevail seat
assembly. Once the legs are inserted into the Seat Assembly,
take the bolt and insert it into the hole, going through both the
seat assembly and inserted leg. Take the black knob and turn
it onto the bolt until it is safely tightened.
Note: Some Prevail models may have a spring loaded gold
button on the seat assembly. These models may not need
bolts. If you have any questions determining whether your

Insert the backrest into the tubing at the back of the seat
assembly. The backrest will be fastened when the spring
loaded buttons click into place. The commode pale can now
be inserted under the Prevail seat into the tracks located
below the seat. The height of the Prevail can be adjusted by
pressing in on the button on the legs and sliding the leg up or
down accordingly until the button snaps into the desired
position. Each leg should always be adjusted equally on each
side so that the Prevail always remains level.
