SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

•

Total weight capacity of the brackets is 50 lb. Combined total weight capacity of the bins

is 48 lb. Do not overload.

•

It is highly recommended that you mount the unit directly to wall studs.

•

Make sure there are no wires, pipes or other fixtures inside the walls where you intend to mount

the bracket.

•

This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.

•

Use for intended purpose only.

•

Inspect before use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

•

or missing, contact Princess Auto for a replacement.

UNPACKING

1.  Carefully remove the parts and accessories from the box.

2.  Make sure that all items listed in the parts lists are included.

3.  Inspect the parts carefully to make sure the rack or bins were not damaged while shipping.

4.  Do not discard the packaging material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily

assembled the bins.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: The indicated mounting holes in the bracket (See Fig.A) are 16" on centre for mounting directly

to standard wall studs. Use a stud finder to locate the studs. If mounting to wall studs is not an option,

use the included wall anchors. Make sure there is adequate wall space below the mounting bracket.

For maximum strength the lower bins must rest against the wall surface.

ASSEMBLY

1.  Unpack all components. You should have:

•

1 Steel Mounting Bracket

•

4 Blue Bins

•

6 Red Bins

2.  Determine the location for the bracket and ensure adequate wall space. At least 12" on all sides

should be available.

3.  Position the bracket against the wall, and use a level to ensure the unit is aligned properly. The

smaller tabs should be on top.

4.  Use a pencil to mark the wall at the appropriate mounting holes.

•

If mounting to wall studs, mark the four (4) holes indicated in Fig.A.

•

If using wall anchors, mark the four (4) outer most holes indicated in Fig.B, then

make two (2) additional marks in the top and bottom centre holes.

•

Additional screws may be used for increased support.

5.  Fasten the bracket to the wall.

NOTE: Double check that there is adequate wall space below the mounting bracket. For proper capacity, the

lower bins must rest against the wall surface.

For mounting to wall studs, align the bracket to the marked holes and fasten with screws.

If using wall anchors, drill a 3/16" hole at each mark and insert the wall anchors flush with the wall.

Align the bracket to the wall anchors and fasten with screws.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1.  Before each use, inspect the condition of the Bins and Storage Rack.

2.  Check for cracks and splits or any other broken part.

3.  When necessary, clean the Bins with a damp cloth or shop towel.
