Before you call for service, determine the symptoms
and make a few simple checks as shown below.
Symptoms
Power does not turn
ON
Lamp monitor dis-
play is lighting
Checks
Is the lamp unit cover fully
installed?
If the lamp monitor display
lights up?
The lamp circuit has detected
a malfunction.
Was the power turned on im-
mediately after the power
had been turned off?
Wait till the lamp cools off
and turn on the power.
There is a malfunction in the
lamp circuit.
Turn off the power and con-
sult your sales dealer.
