Instructions for Installation and Care of Kawasaki Teryx Full Cab Enclosure

CAUTION: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. Product is FLAMMABLE.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the enclosure. The
installation is best done when the temperature is 70
°
F or warmer. If installed outside and in the
cold weather, warming the adhesive Velcro strips inside just before installation is recommended.
1.
Carefully open the carton and unroll the enclosure onto a large flat surface that is clean
and free of dirt or other material that may soil or scratch the vinyl windows.

It will help to raise the bed and remove the seats prior to installing the cab enclosure.

Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
Velcro hook strips

10” long
Velcro hook strips
2 each
12” long
Velcro hook strips

Snap studs
13 each (1 extra)
Cab enclosure

Before installing cab, take the 45” adhesive Velcro strip and attach it across the hood
approximately 5” from the top edge of the hood as shown in fig. A. Next install the two
10” strips on the chassis behind the seats as shown in fig. B.
Clean the areas with
rubbing alcohol;
let dry and then apply the adhesive Velcro strip.
