1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.1. GENERAL
• Ensure the worklight is correctly charged before initial use.
• DO NOT cover or block the lens during use.
• DO NOT shine directly into your, other person‘s or animal‘s
eyes.
• DO NOT allow children to use the worklight
• DO NOT handle or move the worklight whilst it is being
charged.
• DO NOT use the worklight if you suspect that the battery
or the worklight casing is damaged.
• Ensure replacement batteries are genuine batteries of the
same rating.
• Ensure the worklight is unplugged and allowed to cool
before attempting any cleaning or replacement.
• When not in use, store the worklight in a safe, dry, child-
proof location.
1.2 BATTERY SAFETY
WARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or fire:
• DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service
the battery.
• Ensure the charger is switched off and disconnected from
the worklight before attempting to open the lamp unit.
• DO NOT expose to temperatures above 40 °C
• DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose
of in fire or water.
• Replace only with the batteries designated for this product.
• Dispose of the old batteries in accordance with local
authority battery regulations. DO NOT dispose of with
regular refuse.
• If the electrolyte in the cells contacts the skin, wash thoro-
ughly with soap and water.
• If the electrolyte in the cells gets into the eyes, rinse
thoroughly with cool water and seek immediate medical
attention.
1.3 Electrical safety
Use only the supplied mains charger plug for connecting work-
light to the mains power supply.Only use the supplied adaptor
for connecting to a vehicle 12V -24V accessory socket.
Warning!
It is the user’s responsibility to read, understand and
comply with the following electrical instructions: You must
ensure the risk of electric shock is minimized by the installa-
tion of appropriate safety devices. An RCCB (Residual Current
Circuit Breaker) should be incorporated in the main distributi-
on board. We also recommend that an RCD (Residual Current
Device) is used with all electrical products, particularly porta-
ble equipment which is plugged into an electrical supply not
protected by an RCCB.
You must also read and understand the following instructions
concerning electrical safety.
You must ensure that you:
• Inspect the charger plug,cable and connector for wear and
damage to ensure items are safe before connecting to the
mains power supply. If worn or damaged DO NOT use.
• Check cables are always protected against short circuit and
overload.
• Important:Check that the voltage marked on the charger
plug is the same as the power supply to be used.
• Uncoil the cable between charger and the worklight.
• DO NOT pull the charger plug from the mains socket by
the lead.
• DO NOT use any other type of charger with this product.
• DO NOT place the connector into any area of the worklight
except the correct jack inlet socket.
• DO NOT try to take the charger plug apart.
• DO NOT use the charger plug to charge or power any other
electrical item.
• DO NOT get the charger wet,or use in wet, damp condi-
tions (for indoor use only).
2. INTRODUCTION
5W (10x 0,5 watt SMD) +1 watt LED rechargeable worklight,5W
SMD to be used as an inspection lamp or 1W LED on the top
to be used as a torch. Magnets on the the rear, one 360 de-
gree swivel hook, Base pivots 90 degrees, supplied with 230 V
mains USB charger and 12-24V USB car charger.
3. OPERATION
3.1 CHARGING
Warning
! Ensure that you read, and fully understand the safety
instructions before use.
3.1.1 Charge the batteries before use.
Important
: Ensure the worklight is turned „Off“ while char-
ging. Failure to do so will damage the charger plug/vehicle
plug.
3.1.2 Connect the charging plug into the charging soct, which is
located on the rear of inspection lamp. Connect the 230V char-
ger or 12V-24V DC charger to a power supply.
3.1.3 The charging LED indicator will illuminate red, charge for 6
hours or until the charging LED illuminates green.
3.1.4 Disconnect the charger from the worklight when it is fully
charged.
3.2 OPERATTION
Caution
! Never shine the LED light directly into your or any one
else’s eyes.
3.2.1 Press the on/off switch ,run through the sequence of mo-
des (5 Watt/1W LED on top and off)
3.2.2 The worklight can be suspended and swivel 360 degree
on hook or the magnet located on the rear of the worklight.
3.2.3 The worklight can be swiveled 90 degrees to achieve the
desired angle.
4. MAINTENANCE
Keep the worklight clean from dirt and grease, using a damp
cloth. Do not submerge in water.

Electrical safety
●
To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should only be opened by an authorized techni-
cian when service is required.
●
Do not use the product if the cable or plug is damaged or defective. When damaged or defec-
tive, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised repair agent.
●
Before use, always make sure that the voltage is the same as the voltage on the rating plate
of the device.
●
Make sure that the cable does not hang over the edge of a worktop and cannot be caught
accidentally or tripped over
Warning
●
The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his
service agent or a similar qualified person.
●
Caution, risk of electric shock.
●
The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged,
the luminaire has to be destroyed.
