LAMA le agradece la compra de sus productos y le informa que éstos han superado los controles de calidad en fábrica. Si
detecta cualquier anomalía contacte con su distribuidor proporcionando los dígitos de control de calidad que figuran sobre el
filtro, en la etiqueta identificativa.
·
Los materiales de fabricación son de primera calidad. El cuerpo y la campana son de poliamida reforzada con fibra de vidrio,
resistente a la radiación ultravioleta del sol.
·
Algunos ácidos pueden atacar químicamente a los materiales de los que está elaborado el producto. Verifique que este tipo
de corrosión no afecte a su equipo.
·
Verifique que los caudales, presiones y tipos de aguas son los apropiados según el modelo de filtro. Consulte la tarifa LAMA.
·
Se recomienda efectuar la limpieza del elemento filtrante o cartucho cuando la diferencia de presión entre la entrada y la
salida alcance, aproximadamente, los 0.5 kg/cm
2
. En caso de que sea necesario realizar esta operación con frecuencia, se
recomienda instalar un filtro automático LAMA.
·
Para una correcta instalación, consulte los esquemas adjuntos de posicionamiento y ensamblaje, según modelo.
· Con presión interior no se debe abrir el filtro
, aunque ésta sea pequeña. Antes de proceder a la apertura se debe reducir la
presión interior hasta la atmosférica, accionando la correspondiente llave o purgador. Con este sistema de seguridad se evitan
accidentes o derrames no deseados.
·
La apertura y cierre se deben poder hacerse con las manos, de manera suave. El giro es de sólo 3 cm en el exterior de la base
de la campana, en sentido anti horario.

·
El cierre se consigue apretando axialmente y girando al mismo tiempo.
·
La junta de la campana está diseñada y construida como elemento de seguridad: antes de la rotura del filtro, ésta pierde
agua.
·
Con arenas finas, y tras un desmontaje de la campana, se deben limpiar las zonas de cierre con la propia agua, verificando
que el dispositivo cierra suavemente con las manos y que no hay objetos extraños que impida dicha operación.
·
En el ensamblaje se debe introducir previamente el cartucho filtrante en la base, a continuación proceda a su posicionamien-
to en el alojamiento interior de la campana y, finalmente, cierre suavemente.
·
En el caso de sobrepresiones, golpes de ariete o presencia de objetos extraños introducidos durante un cierre forzado,
existen llaves de ayuda para abrir este filtro.
·
En caso de duda consulte con su distribuidor o instalador.

The manufacturing materials are of top quality. The body and cover-housing are made of fibreglass reinforced polyamide,
resistant to ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
·
Some acids can chemically attack the materials from which the product is made. Check that this type of corrosion does not
affect your unit.
·
Check that water flow rates, pressures and types are suitable for the filter model. Consult the LAMA catalogue.
·
It is recommended that the filtering element or cartridge should be cleaned when the pressure difference between the input
and the output reaches approximately 0.5 kg/cm2. If it is necessary to perform this operation frequently, the installation of an
automatic LAMA filter is recommended.
·
For correct installation, refer to the enclosed positioning and assembly diagrams, depending on the model.
· The filter should not be opened with internal pressure,
even a small amount. Before opening, the internal pressure must
be reduced to atmospheric pressure using the corresponding key or bleed valve. This safety system prevents accidents and
unwanted spills.
·
It must be possible to open and close smoothly by hand. The turn is only 3 cm on the outside of the bell base, anticlockwise.
It is not a thread.
·
The seal is created by pushing along the axis while turning.
·
The cover-housing joint is designed and built as a safety component: it starts to leak water before the filter breaks.
·
With fine sand, after disassembling the cover-housing, the seal areas must be cleaned with the water itself, checking that the
device can be closed gently by hand and that there are no foreign objects to hinder this operation.
·
The cartridge filter must first be inserted into the base of the assembly. Next, position it inside the internal housing of the
cover-housing and then close gently.
·
In the event of overpressure, water hammer or the presence of foreign objects introduced during a forced closing, there are
spanners to help open this filter.
