Page 6: ...其穿套在適當的油管 4 上然後將油管插入接頭 1 內並使油管 4 穿過套管 2 至少露出 1 mm 以上將油管 4 扶正把套管帽 3 鎖緊以免漏油 2 4 4 安裝電源連接電源的電纜前請先確定該電纜沒有通電鬆開電子箱頂蓋的螺絲並取下頂蓋參考圖六裏面有電源和地線的接點將電子箱外殼左側之電纜固定頭螺帽旋鬆取下參考圖七把電線串起電纜固定頭螺帽再穿過電纜固定頭參考圖八現在將電源和地線的電纜接上參考圖九首先連接地線 1 鬆開接地符號的螺絲將地線確實接上並旋緊再把電源線正負端分別接在 POWER 2 的螺絲座內並確實旋緊將電子箱內之電纜調整到適當長度後把電纜固定頭螺帽與電纜固定頭鎖緊參考圖十以免電線被拉出造成斷路接線完成將電子箱頂蓋裝回後並輸入電源若接線正確在控制面板上的潤滑指示燈會亮起注油機開始以開機潤滑運轉圖四 1 2 3 4...

Page 7: ...7 27 圖六圖七圖八圖九圖十若接線正確在電子箱的控制面板上的潤滑指示燈橙燈會亮起圖十同時注油機以開機即潤滑開始運轉 2 4 5 空氣排出油料中或多或少會包含有空氣當注油機已開始運作但油料並未送出時請旋松或取下排氣螺釘參見圖十一直到空氣從排氣孔排空排空判定油料從排氣孔出來並且油量均勻再將排氣螺釘確實裝回並鎖緊排气螺钉圖十一 ...
