Slide the armband strap through the
hole on the armband:

Large arm: use the outer belt loop.
• Medium arm: use the inside belt loop.
• Small arm: see the double loop
process in the next column.

Using your armband

Insert your iPhone/iPod Touch into the
armband with the headphone jack
towards the bottom of the armband.
