•  Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas supplier’s 

instructions.

•  If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fi re department.

—  Installation and service must be performed by a qualifi ed installer, service agency or the 

gas supplier.

INSTALLER: Leave this manual with the appliance.
CONSUMER: Retain this manual for future reference.

 

WARNING: Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can

1.  Shut off gas to appliance.
2.  Extinguish any open fl ame.
3.  If odor continues, keep away from the 

appliance and immediately call your gas 
supplier or fi re department. 

The MFEB accessory kit may only be used when installed 
in a wood burning fi replace and may only be used with 
the burner systems and log models listed in this manual

.
