Introduction
The AP-MNT-CM1 mounting kit offers a simple and secure solution for mounting an access points to
a ceiling tile rail.

Installation
Refer to the steps below to install the AP-MNT-CM1 Mounting Kit.
1. Remove the ceiling tiles on either side of the rail where the AP-MNT-CM1 will be mounted.
2. Insert the mounting plate into the ceiling rail brackets by pressing the brackets into the shallow
slots located on the sides of the mounting plate. See Figure 1 . Leave enough space between the
brackets so that the ceiling rail can fit between the brackets.

3. Position the ceiling rail between the brackets so that the rail rests flat between the brackets once
they are pushed together. Insert the M3 screw into the side of the mount and tighten until the
brackets are fastened securely around the rail. See Figure 2 .
For additional stability, use pliers to bend the metal tabs on the sides of the bracket inwards.
