Before you begin, place the bike on a hard level surface where you have
room to work. Lay out the parts included in this kit and compare to the
parts list on page 3 of these instructions. If any parts or hardware are
missing, contact us immediately at the number or email listed above.

Step 1
Loosen all eight bolts holding the fork brace together.
Fully remove the four bolts labeled 1 and 2 in Fig 1.
This will release the forward sections of the clamp for
installation purposes.
Apply a small drop of blue thread locking com-
pound on each bolt.
Lightly tighten the four center
bolts but allow room for movement until installation is
complete.
Step 2
Place the forward clamp (small, rounded piece) and
gently slide it between the fork tube and front fender
as shown in Fig 2. Check to ensure the forward clamp
is seated securely on the top of the fork tube. Repeat
this process with both fork tubes and forward clamps.
Step 3
Slide the rear attached cross section and rear clamps
behind the forks. It can be difficult to slide the clamp
behind the brake line on the right (brake) side of the
motorcycle. Slide the rear clamps onto the fork tube
and ensure they are seated firmly against the top of
the tube as in step 2.
