The purpose of this guide is to provide the basic operation for this equipment. For more detailed
information, see the Operator’s Manual.
Control
Function
MENU/ESC
• Opens/closes menu.
• Escapes from current operation.
• Goes back one hierarchy level in menu operation.
• Closes setting window.
STWX
(TrackPad)
• Moves cursor on the menu.
• Adjusts settings.
• Moves VRM (Variable Range Marker) by using
S

T
except for nav mode.
ENTER
• Saves settings.
• Advances one hierarchy level in menu operation.
RANGE
• Opens display range setting window.
- Choose range setting method (Auto or Manual) by using

X
.
- On manual mode choose range desired by using

.
MARK
Outputs L/L (latitude/longitude) position to a plotter.
FUNC
Opens menu window registered.
GAIN
• Rotating: Adjusts gain.
• Push: Opens automatic gain setting window.

- Adjust gain offset by using

.
MODE
Selects a display mode among the following;
NAV1
: nav data mode 1,
ZOOM (LF)

LF + zoom mode,

: LF single mode (50 kHz),
DUAL
: dual frequency mode,

HF single mode (200 kHz),
ZOOM (HF)
: HF + zoom mode,
NAV2
: nav data mode 2.
/BRILL
• Turns power on/off.
• Opens display contrast setting window or brilliance setting window.
