To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). The
plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If plug
does still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted. Do not alter the plug.

. Do not install non-factory wiring or any other electrical
components to this lamp.

Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply cord
to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.

additional weight. Do not hang any objects from the lamp
or any lamp part.

Place the lamp on a stable, level surface in an area
where the lamp will not be tipped over or bumped.

Lamp is rated for maximum 100 Watt, Type A
incandescent bulb (not included)
or
a 23 Watt maximum
CFL bulb (not included). Lower bulb wattages may also be

Turn off and unplug the lamp and allow bulb to cool
before replacing bulb.

Light bulb should never touch the lamp shade.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert Tube (E) into Tube (D), align the two screw holes on
Tube (E) and Tube (D) and insert the two Screws (I).
Secure the two Screws (I) with a flathead screwdriver
(Screwdriver not included).
5. Remove Shade Nut (H) from Socket Assembly (F).
6. Place the center hole of the Lamp Shade (G) over the
Socket Assembly (F).
7. Install Shade Nut (H) by turning clockwise to keep Shade
(G) in place.
8. Install light bulb. Light bulb not included.
Use only recommended bulbs and wattages.
9. Use polarized Plug (L) to plug lamp into an elelctrical outlet.
10. Turn lamp on by using the on/off Switch (M).
2. Insert Tube (D) into Tube (C), align the screw hole on
Tube (D) and Tube (C) and insert the Screw (I), Secure
the Screw (I) with a flathead screwdriver.
3. Insert Tube (C) into Tube (B), align the screw hole on
Tube (C) and Tube (B) and insert the Screw (I), Secure
the Screw (I) with a flathead screwdriver.
4. Insert Tube (B) into Tube (A) , align the screw hole on
Tube (B) and Tube (A) and insert the Screw (I), Secure
the Screw (I) with a flathead screwdriver.
