The TLP-105SYL provides an analog audio connection to recorder from telephones that
have modular connected handsets. It provides a clear recording of both sides of your
conversation from almost all types of telephones whether they are digital or analog. The
TLP-105SYL provides 15db amplification of the audio signal to the recorder.
An ON/OFF switch and indicator LED are provided on the top of the TLP-105SYL. When
the switch is in the ON position (away from LED), the indicator will light to show that the
audio output is active, and the current conversation is being recorded. With the switch in
the opposite position, the LED will be off and the audio output will be disconnected.
To Install:

1.
Disconnect coil cord from base of telephone.
2.
Plug coil cord into modular jack on TLP-105SYL.
3.
Insert cord from TLP-105SYL into jack on phone base where coil cord was connected.
4. Connect cord going to logger or recorder to larger modular (RJ11) jack on
TLP-105SYL (audio is on center pair).
5. Insert the plug on the supplied AC adapter into the "6VDC" receptacle on the
TLP-105SYL. The adapter may be plugged into any adjacent 115VAC power outlet.
Negative DC polarity is on the center contact of the power plug.
6.
Mount unit at a convenient location on base of telephone using the adhesive pad.
