IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
LIGHTED LAMP IS HOT BE CAREFUL
WARNING –
To reduce the risk of FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE UV
RADIATION, OR INJURY TO PERSONS. Follow these instructions:
1.
Turn off / unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb.
2. Lamp
gets
HOT
quickly! Only contact switch / plug when turning on.
3.
Do not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure.
4.
Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
5.
Do not look directly at lighted lamp.
6.
Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
7.
Use only with 12V-50W bulb or smaller.
8.
Do not touch the bulb at any time. Use a soft cloth when doing so. Oil from skin
may damage bulb.
9.
Do not operate the lamp with a missing or damaged bulb cover.
HOW TO REPLACE BULB
1.
Disconnect the power for minimum 12 minutes. This will allow the bulb to cool.
2.
Pop out steel ring using any sharp tool. Insert at place of two gaps, then lift out the
glass shield.
3.
Remove bulb and insert new one. Avoid touching new bulb with fingers, use cloth
or tissue to handle it.
4.
Replace glass shield and insert the steel ring.
