Instructions and recipes

Your microwave pressure cooker will allow you to cook meat,
stews, casseroles and many more dishes quick and easily. The
instructions in this book are only guidelines as different
microwaves vary in power. We recommend that you start
cooking with less time than shown, increasing the time little
by little until the dish is cooked through. You will then know
for next time the exact cooking time.
As a rule always have the vents opened on the top of the lid
when cooking.
The pressure cooker is not freezer safe.

The term ‘measure’ in the recipes refer to the measuring cup
included with your Microwave Pressure Cooker. For example,
a recipe asking for 2 measures of rice means 2 measuring
cups full of rice. If you should happen to misplace the
measuring cup, it has a capacity of

3

/

4

cup.

All cooking times are based on 750 watt microwave.

Cleaning instructions

The pressure cooker is top rack safe in the dishwasher.
