Use scissors to snip orange
pull cord.

Measure cable to YOURx
length (14 inches) and mark outer
cable sheath.

Pull orange pull cord to split
outer cable sheath and expose 3mm
breakout.

Use rotary cutter to cut outer
cable sheath and expose orange pull
cord.
Step 5

Snip strength member strands
and
save for later use

Pull aside the kevlar strands.

Slide
smallest, 5/16” x 3” long

breakout and onto jacketed fiber for
later use.
