Air pressure:
Whatever your weight, the air pressure should be between 50 and 110 psi.
Note: Pressures are given for guidance only. You can adjust it by ± 5psi according to your use and your riding style.

Starting point adjustments:
To start your adjustment, turn the knob clockwise until it stops (clicks = 0). Then, clicks are
counted turning the knob counterclockwise.
