The Blomberg Washer and Ventless Dryer
Dittmar Company is pleased to offer our residents an energy efficient front load
washer and ventless dryer combo from Blomberg, an industry leader. You may
not be familiar with this technology, so we have attached a quick use guide. The
user manual with detailed instructions is available in your resident portal’s
important links page or ask the front desk clerk for a copy.

To avoid odors in the washer drum, leave the door ajar between cycles.

Please clean your dryer’s primary lint trap after each use and the
condenser filter at least monthly.

Run the closet exhaust fan when drying clothes. This will insure proper air
circulation and increase the efficiency of the dryer.

If possible leave the door to the utility door ajar during dryer usage.

Finally: do not leave your apartment while your appliances are operating.
You could be responsible for damage caused by an unattended appliance.
