LEGAL WARRANTY
In case of any problems that might arise, the saddle (here following the”Product”) comes with a legal warranty that covers any failure found at the time of
delivery or which becomes an issue in the first two years of ownership. In particular, the absence of defects in construction and the quality of the manufacturing
materials are guaranteed. This is subject to the conventionally mandatory provisions of the law in the consumer’s country of residence.
The legal warranty is effective only against the original purchaser and not against any subsequent purchasers who purchased the Product from the original purchaser.
In order to enforce the legal warranty, the consumer must contact the seller from whom he or she purchased the Product.
This legal warranty does not apply in the event of neglect, tampering or misuse of the Product, or in the event of damage caused to the Product by dropping it,
or in the event of failure by the retailer or consumer to follow the assembly instructions.
The legal warranty may not be asserted for slight superficial aesthetic imperfections or in some details of the final finish of the Product as the same are to be
considered normal and characterizing to the product itself.
In fact, the craftsmanship of the manufacturing process and the actions carried out by hand make each product unique. The craftsmanship of the components
may also result in variations in the Product of ± 8% in weight from the nominal value. Such variations and are to be considered absolutely normal and therefore
cannot be considered conformity defects.
The Product placed on the market has been checked according to the quality standard F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA and tested in compliance with the industry standard EN UNI 4210-9:2014

Careful installation of your saddle with the saddle clamp is recommended. Before installation, check for impurities or dirt in the coupling area between clamp
and saddle rails.
Be careful not to use a separate seatpost plate that has measurements greater than the allowable range of 38-40 mm (Fig. 1).
Be sure to use a seatpost with appropriate housings with respect to the size and shape of the saddle rails. Use seatpost clamp jaws suitable for the saddle rail: if
carbon, 7x9,3 mm; if steel, Ø7 mm. Refer to the seatpost manufacturer’s instructions for further guidance (Fig. 2).
Jaws should be the same shape as the outer surface of the rail to result in a good fit with a large contact surface (Fig. 3).
Obey the seatpost manufacturer’s recommended torque. Unless otherwise specified, it is not recommended to exceed 8 Nm of torque for carbon rails, and 15 Nm for
metal rails. Perform periodic checks to ensure that the seatpost adjustment mechanism continues to be securely tight for rider safety.
Be advised that heavy use of the product can affect pedalling performance and biomechanics. Incorrect saddle positioning can cause skeletal muscle-tendon
pathologies. Exact saddle positioning requires the utmost care; in case of difficulty, contact your trusted retailer, mechanic, or fit professional.
A torque wrench should be used to tighten seatpost clamp screws when installing the product.
Saddles are not suitable for all cyclists and all possible uses. The cyclist’s weight cannot exceed 100kg. Failure to comply with this limit could result in saddle
breakage and subsequent serious injury to the cyclist.
WARNINGS ABOUT PROPER INSTALLATION OF SADDLE ON SEATPOST:
Please bear the following instructions in mind when installing the saddle, to ensure your own safety and that of any third parties.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
Your saddle will get dirty and sweaty over time, and it’s important to clean it properly. We recommend using a cloth soaked in water and a mild soap, then leave it to dry in
the open air without placing it in direct sunlight. It isn’t recommended to use high pressure water jets directed at specific points at close range. Degreasers, diesel fuel,
gasoline or solvents should not be used to clean the saddle. Products such as oils and creams can affect the tautness of the product, as well as its graphics and finish.
Prolonged and direct exposure to UV light causes premature aging of the product. Over time, slight discoloration of some technical lettering or logos is part of the natural
process of wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
GENERAL WARNINGS:
F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA guarantees the conformity of the saddle in relation to proper use and maintenance.
This may be affected by cycling behavior, rider weight, road surface or weather conditions. In case of accidental falls or bumps, the product may be damaged. Following
this, conduct a visual inspection immediately in which no cracks, deformations or breaks in the structure should appear. If so, replace the product immediately for
your own safety.
SAFETY CHECKS BEFORE EACH USE:
This is especially important if you suffer a crash or your saddle hits the ground for any reason, but it’s worth doing once in a while just to ensure your safety. First things
first, check the saddle for obvious signs of breakage or cracks, and if you find any, it should not be used. You should also keep a look out for any movement between the
saddle’s hull and frame couplings. Again, if there’s movement, it should not be used until you’ve consulted your dealer or qualified mechanic.
If the saddle makes any noise, while you’re performing your checks or while you’re riding, start with a thorough clean, apply some light lubrication to the rails where the
saddle meets the seatpost, and check it is properly secured.
With that in mind, it’s always a good idea to check from time to time that neither the saddle clamp nor seatpost clamp are loose. Just apply a little force by hand as if
to shake the saddle, and if there’s any movement or sound, then you’ll need to tighten the clamps. If that doesn’t fix it, then it might be defective, in which case you
should talk to your dealer or a trusted mechanic.

La sella (in seguito rinominata “Il Prodotto”) è coperta dalla garanzia legale e per qualsiasi difetto di conformità del Prodotto esistente al momento della consegna dello
stesso e che si manifesta entro due anni da tale momento. In particolare, è garantita l’assenza di difetti nella costruzione e la qualità dei materiali di realizzazione. Sono
fatte salve le disposizioni convenzionalmente inderogabili previste dal diritto del Paese di residenza del consumatore.
La garanzia legale è efficace unicamente nei confronti dell’acquirente originario e non dei successivi eventuali acquirenti che abbiano acquistato il Prodotto dall’ac-
quirente originario.
Il consumatore per far valere la garanzia legale dovrà rivolgersi al venditore presso cui ha acquistato il Prodotto.
La presente garanzia legale non è applicabile in caso di incuria, manomissione od uso improprio del Prodotto, o in caso di danni causati al Prodotto in seguito a caduta
o in caso di mancato rispetto delle istruzioni di assemblaggio da parte del rivenditore o consumatore.

Difatti, l’artigianalità del processo di fabbricazione e la realizzazione effettuata a mano rende ogni prodotto unico nel suo genere. La lavorazione artigianale dei com-
ponenti può altresì comportare delle variazioni del Prodotto pari a ± 8% del peso rispetto al valore nominale. Tali variazioni sono da ritenersi assolutamente normali e
pertanto non possono essere considerati difetti di conformità.
Il Prodotto immesso sul mercato è stato controllato secondo lo standard qualitativo F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA e testato rispettando la norma di settore EN UNI 4210-9:2014.

impurità o sporcizia nella zona di accoppiamento tra morsetto e binari della sella.
Fare attenzione a non utilizzare una piastrina reggisella separata che abbia misure superiori all’intervallo consentito di 38-40 mm (Fig. 1).
Verificare di utilizzare un reggisella con alloggiamenti adeguati rispetto alla dimensione e alla forma dei binari sella. Utilizzare ganasce del morsetto reggisella idonee al
binario sella: se in carbonio, con sezione 7x9,3 mm; se in acciaio, con sezione Ø7 mm. Per ulteriori indicazioni fare riferimento alle istruzioni del produttore del reggisella. (Fig. 2).
Le ganasce devono avere la stessa forma della superficie esterna della rotaia in modo da avere un buon accoppiamento con un’ampia superficie di contatto.

Rispettare le coppie di serraggio dei produttori di reggisella. Se non diversamente specificato si consiglia di non superare gli 8 Nm di coppia di chiusura per la
rotaia in carbonio e i 15Nm per la rotaia in metallo. Eseguire controlli periodici e assicurarsi che il meccanismo di regolazione del reggisella continui ad essere serrato
per la sicurezza del ciclista.
Fare attenzione un uso intensivo del prodotto può incidere sulle prestazioni e sul gesto meccanico della pedalata. Errati posizionamenti della sella possono causare
patologie all’apparato muscolo scheletrico -tendineo. L’esatto posizionamento della sella richiede la massima attenzione; in caso di difficoltà rivolgersi al negoziante o
al meccanico di fiducia oppure a personale specializzato.
Per l’installazione del prodotto si consiglia di utilizzare una chiave dinamometrica per il serraggio viti del morsetto reggisella.
Le selle non sono adatte a tutti i ciclisti e a tutti i possibili utilizzi. Il peso del ciclista non può superare i 100kg. La mancata osservanza di questo limite potrebbe
causare rotture della sella e conseguenti gravi infortuni al ciclista.
AVVERTENZE PER LA CORRETTA INSTALLAZIONE DELLA SELLA SU REGGISELLA:
Tutte le seguenti indicazioni sono da ritenersi fondamentali per assicurare la sicurezza dell’utilizzatore e di terzi.
MANUTENZIONE DEL PRODOTTO:
Per la corretta pulizia della vostra sella da sporco o sudore si consiglia di utilizzare un panno imbevuto d’acqua e un sapone neutro. Nel momento dell’asciugatura si
consiglia di lasciare il prodotto all’aria aperta e di non posizionarlo all’esposizione diretta dei raggi solari. È sconsigliato utilizzare forti getti d’acqua direzionati su
punti specifici a distanza ravvicinata. Per la pulizia della sella è vietato utilizzare sgrassatori, gasolio, benzina o solventi. Prodotti come oli e creme possono influire
nella tenuta del rivestimento e delle grafiche del prodotto.
L’esposizione prolungata e diretta ai raggi UV causa l’invecchiamento precoce del prodotto. Nel tempo un leggero scolorimento di alcune scritte tecniche o loghi rientra
nel naturale processo di usura e non viene coperto da garanzia.
AVVERTENZE GENERALI:
F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA garantisce la conformità della sella in relazione ad un corretto uso e manutenzione.
Questa può essere influenzata dal comportamento in bicicletta, dal peso del ciclista, dal fondo stradale di percorrenza o dalle condizioni atmo-
sferiche. In caso di cadute o urti accidentali il prodotto si potrebbe danneggiare. In seguito a ciò, effettuare immediatamente un controllo visivo,
sulla base del quale non devono comparire cricche, deformazioni o rotture della struttura. In tal caso procedere con la sostituzione immediata
del prodotto per la vostra sicurezza.
CONTROLLI DI SICUREZZA PRIMA DI OGNI UTILIZZO:
Controllare che la sella non presenti evidenti segni di rottura o crepe, in quel caso non deve essere utilizzata dal ciclista
Verificare periodicamente che non vi siano movimenti tra gli accoppiamenti di scafo e telaio della sella. Nel caso si presentino non utilizzare il prodotto e rivolgersi al
vostro rivenditore o personale qualificato.
Se la sella produce rumori si suggerisce di effettuare una pulizia approfondita e successivamente una leggera lubrificazione nelle zone di accoppiamento con il
reggisella.
Controllare periodicamente che il sistema di bloccaggio del morsetto sella e del cannotto reggisella non sia allentato.

Für das Produkt wird eine gesetzliche Garantie gewährt, die alle zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung festgestellten oder in den ersten zwei Jahren des Besitzes auftretenden
Mängel abdeckt. Insbesondere wird die Abwesenheit von Herstellungsfehlern und die Qualität des Herstellungsmaterials garantiert. Dies gilt vorbehaltlich der üblichen

Eine sorgfältige Montage des Sattels mit der Sattelklemme wird empfohlen. Prüfen Sie vor der Montage, ob sich im Verbindungsbereich zwischen Klemme
und Sattelgestell Verunreinigungen befinden.

8 Nm für Karbonschienen und 15 Nm für Metallschienen nicht zu überschreiten. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob der Verstellmechanismus der Sattelstütze für
die Sicherheit des Fahrers weiterhin fest angezogen ist.
Beachten Sie, dass eine starke Beanspruchung des Produkts die Tretleistung und die Biomechanik beeinträchtigen kann. Eine falsche Positionierung
des Sattels kann zu Skelettmuskel- und Sehnenpathologien führen. Die exakte Positionierung des Sattels erfordert äußerste Sorgfalt; wenden Sie sich bei
Schwierigkeiten an einen Händler Ihres Vertrauens, einen Mechaniker oder einen Fachmann für Sattelanpassung.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben der Sattelstützenklemmen bei der Installation des Produkts mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel an.
Der Sattel ist nicht für alle Radfahrer und alle Einsatzmöglichkeiten geeignet. Das Gewicht des Radfahrers darf 100 kg nicht überschreiten. Die
Nichteinhaltung dieser Grenze kann zum Bruch des Sattels und zu schweren Verletzungen des Radfahrers führen.

Bitte beachten Sie bei der Montage des Sattels die folgenden Hinweise, um Ihre eigene Sicherheit und die von Dritten zu gewährleisten
PRODUKTPFLEGE:
Ihr Sattel wird mit der Zeit schmutzig und verschwitzt, und es ist wichtig, ihn richtig zu reinigen. Wir empfehlen, ihn mit einem in Wasser und einer milden Seife getränk-
ten Tuch zu reinigen und ihn dann an der Luft trocknen zu lassen, ohne ihn in die direkte Sonne zu legen. Die Verwendung von Hochdruckwasserstrahlen,
die aus nächster Nähe auf bestimmte Stellen gerichtet werden, wird nicht empfohlen. Entfettungsmittel, Dieselkraftstoff, Benzin oder Lösungsmittel
sollten nicht zur Reinigung des Sattels verwendet werden. Produkte wie Öle und Cremes können die Straffheit des Produkts, die Grafik und das Finish
beeinträchtigen.
Längerer und direkter Kontakt mit UV-Licht führt zu einer vorzeitigen Alterung des Produkts. Leichte Verfärbungen einiger technischer Schriftzüge oder
Logos sind Teil des natürlichen Verschleißprozesses und fallen nicht unter die Garantie.

Do not position the seatpost clamp plate beyond the indicated
adjustment zone. Advancing or retracting beyond these limits can
cause the saddle to break (Fig. 4).
Do not use a seatpost system with sharp edges, as these may reduce
the life of the product or result in premature rail breakage (Fig. 5).
For positioning, consider the anatomical C.o.B. (center of balance)
reference shown beneath the saddle. For proper tilt consider using a
leveller from the anatomical center (C.o.b.) to the front of the saddle
(Fig. 6).
For your own safety, F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA recommends replacing the
product 3 years after its first use or after riding 15,000 km.

Per la propria sicurezza, F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA consiglia di sostituire
il prodotto dopo 3 anni dal suo primo utilizzo o dopo aver percorso
15.000km.

Beachten Sie bei der Positionierung die anatomische C.o.B.-Referenz
(center of balance), die unter dem Sattel angegeben ist. Für eine
korrekte Neigung sollten Sie eine Nivellierlatte von der anatomischen
Mitte (C.o.b.) bis zur Vorderseite des Sattels verwenden (Abbildung 6).
Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit empfiehlt F.I.V. E. BIANCHI SpA, das
Produkt 3 Jahre nach dem ersten Gebrauch oder nach 15.000 km
Fahrt auszutauschen.
