Sedan Mounting - Z bracket
Loosen the nut and slide it down the cable. Repeat this step with the locking washer.
Insert the threaded neck of the spring base assembly thru the centre of the Z bracket hole.
Relocate the locking washer and the nut over the thread on the spring base assembly and using
a spanner, tighten the nut.
Fit the Z bracket to the vehicle as per instructions (supplied with bracket).
Route the feed cable through the vehicle to the appropriate location and fit mating adaptor to suit
radio.
Position the antenna onto the mounting base assembly and screw home until tight.
Check the VSWR to ensure that the connector has been fitted correctly.

Z Bracket
Model 02734
Bull Bar Mounting
For Bull Bar mounting it is recommended that the antenna be located onto the
Benelec bracket models 02730,02731, or 02732 -
see page 2.
Fit the bracket to the vehicle as per instructions.
Loosen and slide the nut down the cable. Repeat this step with the locking washer.
(NOTE for brackets 027303 and 02732 you must remove nut and locking washer.)
Insert the threaded neck of the spring base assembly thru the centre of the bracket
hole.
(NOTE for brackets 027303 and 02732 you must feed the cable through the hole first.)
Relocate the locking washer and the nut over the thread on the spring base
assembly and using a spanner, tighten the nut until it sits down on the bracket.
Position the antenna onto the mounting base assembly and screw home until tight.
Route the feed cable through the vehicle to the
appropriate location and fit mating adaptor to suit radio.
Check the VSWR to ensure that the connector has
been fitted correctly.
