Useful advice for save use:
- The cradle should be placed on a flat surface
- Small children should not play unsupervised close to the cradle
- The cradle should be firmly locked in the stationary position when the child is lying in it unsupervised
- The cradle should not be used if a part is broken, broken off or missing
- When the child is able to sit up, kneel or pull themselves up, the cradle should no longer be used for this
child
- All parts for assembly should always be fastened correctly. Screws should not be loose, as the child could
scratch themselves on them or items of clothing (such as cords, collars or ties for dummies etc.) could
catch, resulting in the danger of strangulation
- The cradle body should not be used without the swing frame
- The thickness of the mattress must be chosen so that the vertical interior height (from the top of the
mattress to the top of the bed frame) is at least 200mm when the bottom of the cradle is in its highest
position. This point is shown by a hole/mark on the top
- If a mattress is not sold together with the cradle, we recommend purchasing a rectangular 40x90cm
MAJA cradle mattress, so that it complies with the vertical interior height of the cradle
- The cradle should not be placed near to a naked flame or other strong heat sources such as electric
heaters, gas ovens etc.
- To lock the swing frame in the stationery position, push the suppressed spring bolts through the
designated round opening in the frame and secure with the pins. To loosen the swing frame, turn the
locking mechanism until it detaches from itself and the spring has slid through.
