Periodic Inspection and Maintenance

1.

Check all nuts and bolts to be sure they are secure and in
place before each use.

2.

Check that the Sport Chock operates properly and
occasionally lubricate the pivoting areas with light oil.

3.

Grease the axle and suspension assembly (two grease
fittings on rear swingarm) annually or every 5000 miles.

4.

Make sure wheel bearings are properly torqued and in
good working order. Pack with grease every 2 years or
10,000 miles. Wheel bearings should be checked after
the first 500 miles for proper adjustment. Wheel should
turn freely but you should not feel any looseness on the
spindle.

5.

Check that all lights are in good condition and operate
properly.

6.

Check main latch bar for any wear and be sure that the
rubber bumper (on main tongue under the latch area) is
attached and in good condition.

7.

Inspect hitch to be sure latch mechanism fits tightly over
ball and does not have excessive wear.

8.

Check tires for dryrot and excessive or uneven wear
before each use.
