Align the unit in 1U of space on the rack. Lift one end of the unit such that you
can slide the unit where its rack mount ears appear on either side of the rack
poles. Refer to diagram “a”.
2
Stabilize the rack mount ears of the unit to the rack using screws. Refer to
diagram “b”.
0U Mounting (PE0116S, PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S, PE0324S,
PE0316B, PE0324B)
Using Rack Mount Ears
1
Align one of the screw holes of the ear to the rack’s screw holes and screw a
screw to stabilize the unit to the rack. Refer to diagram “c”.
2
Repeat for the other rack mount ear to complete the rack mount.
Using Rack Mount Buttons
1
Identify where the button holes are on the rack, position the unit near the rack
vertically and align the rack mount buttons to the button holes.
2
Insert the buttons to the button holes. Refer to diagram “d” (only the upper
button confi guration is shown in the diagram).
3
Let the buttons stabilize in the button holes, and the mounting is complete.
Using L-Shaped Mounting Kit
1
On the rear of the unit, unscrew the screw of the rack mount buttons and the
screw below it. Refer to diagram “e”.
2
Position the unit near the rack vertically and align the 2 screw holes of the
L-shaped mounting kit (as shown in diagram “f”) to the 2 screw holes of the
unit. Stabilize the mounting kit to the unit using the screws from the kit.
3
Align one of the sliding holes (you can choose either) of the other half of the
L-shaped mounting kit to a screw hole of the rack. Stabilize the mounting kit
onto the rack using a rack screw.
4
Repeat for the other side (where the other rack mount button is) of the unit.

Hardware Installation
Refer to the installation diagram (the numbers in the diagram correspond to the
numbered steps), and do the following:
1
Connect the unit power cord to an AC power source.
2
For each device you want to connect, connect its power cable between the
device’s AC socket (where applicable) and any available outlet on the unit.
Note:
We strongly advise that you do not plug the unit into a multi socket extension
cord, since it may not receive enough amperage to operate correctly. Once you
have fi nished these installation steps, you can turn on the unit and the connected
devices.
Surge Protection Indicator
(For PE0110S, PE0209S, PE0210S, PE0118S, PE0218S, PE0116S,
PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S, PE0324S)
The Surge Protection Indicator is as shown in the Hardware Review.
It should normally be lit when the unit is powered.
If the indicator is not lit when the unit is powered, please power down the unit and
any connected device safely. Return the unit to the dealer closest to your location
for further assistance.

Utilisation des boutons de fi xation en baie
1
Repérez l’emplacement des trous de bouton sur le bâti, positionnez
verticalement l’unité près du bâti et alignez les boutons de montage en baie sur
les trous correspondants.
2
Introduisez les boutons dans les trous. Reportez-vous au schéma « d » (seule la
confi guration du bouton du haut est illustrée dans le schéma).
3
Insérez les boutons dans les trous correspondants pour stabiliser l’unité. Le
montage est terminé.
Utilisation du kit de montage en forme de L
1
À l’arrière de l’appareil, dévissez la vis des boutons de montage en baie et la vis
directement en dessous. Reportez-vous au schéma « e ».
2
Positionnez l’appareil près du support verticalement et alignez les 2 trous de vis
du kit de montage en forme de L (comme illustré dans le schéma « f ») sur les
2 trous de vis de l’appareil. Fixez le kit de montage à l’appareil à l’aide des vis
fournies.
3
Alignez l’un des trous coulissants (l’un ou l’autre) de l’autre moitié du kit de
montage en forme de L sur un trou de vis du bâti. Fixez le kit de montage sur le
bâti à l’aide d’une vis.
4
Répétez l’opération pour l’autre côté (où se trouve l’autre bouton de montage
en baie) de l’appareil.
C
Installation matérielle
Reportez-vous au schéma d’installation (les numéros des schémas correspondent
aux étapes numérotées), puis procédez comme suit :
1
Branchez le cordon d’alimentation de l’unité PDU de base à une source
d’alimentation secteur.
2
Pour chaque appareil que vous voulez connecter, branchez son câble
d’alimentation entre le connecteur CA de l’appareil (le cas échéant) et une sortie
libre de l’unité PDU.
Remarque :
nous vous recommandons fortement de ne pas brancher l’unité PDU
de base à une multiprise ou avec une rallonge, car elle pourrait ne pas recevoir le
courant nécessaire à son bon fonctionnement. Une fois que vous avez terminé cette
procédure d’installation, allumez l’unité PDU de base et les appareils connectés.
Témoin de protection contre les surtensions
(pour les modèles PE0110S, PE0209S, PE0210S, PE0118S,
PE0218S, PE0116S, PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S, PE0324S)
Le témoin de protection contre les surtensions est illustré dans le paragraphe de
description de l’appareil.
Il doit normalement être allumé lorsque l’unité est sous tension.
Si le témoin est éteint alors que l’unité est alimentée, veuillez mettre hors tension
cette dernière ainsi que tout appareil connecté sans risque. Retournez l’unité au
fournisseur le plus proche dans votre région pour une ultérieure assistance.

Einsetzen der PDU eine Seite der PDU so an, dass die Montagelaschen an beiden
Seiten der Rackstangen deckungsgleich über den Montagelöchern liegen. Siehe

Fixieren Sie die Montagelaschen der PDU mit Hilfe der Rackschrauben am Rack.

Vertikale Montage (PE0116S, PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S,

Unter Benutzung der Rackmontagelaschen
1
Richten Sie die PDU so aus, dass ein Schraubenloch der Montagelasche
deckungsgleich über einem Schraubenloch der Rackstange liegt und fi xieren Sie
anschließend die PDU mit Hilfe einer Rackschraube am Rack. Siehe Abbildung c.
2
Wiederholen Sie den vorherigen Schritt für die andere Montagelasche der PDU,
um die Rackmontage abzuschließen.
Unter Benutzung der Rackmontageknöpfe
1
Suchen Sie die Montageknopfl öcher am Rack und halten Sie die PDU vertikal so,
dass sich die Montageknöpfe der PDU gegenüber den Montageknopfl öcher der
Rackstange befi nden.
2
Setzen Sie die Montageknöpfe in den Montageknopfl öchern ein. Siehe
Abbildung d. (in der Abbildung wird nur die Konfi guration für den oberen
Halteknopf gezeigt)
3
Wenn die PDU durch die Montageknöpfe sicher gehalten wird, ist die Montage
abgeschlossen.
Benutzen des L-Winkelmontagesatzes
1
Schrauben Sie auf der Rückseite des Geräts die Schrauben der Rackhalteknöpfe
und die Schraube darunter heraus. Siehe Abbildung „e“.
2
Halten Sie das Gerät vertikal neben das Rack und bringen Sie die 2
Schraubenlöcher des L-Winkelmontagesatzes (wie in Abbildung „f“ gezeigt)
deckungsgleich über die 2 Schraubenlöcher des Geräts. Fixieren Sie den
L-Winkelmontagesatz mit Hilfe der mit dem L-Winkelmontagesatz mitgelieferten
Schrauben am Gerät.

Bringen Sie eines der Gleitlöcher (ihnen steht frei, welches) der anderen Hälfte
des L-Winkelmontagesatzes deckungsgleich über eines der Schraubenlöcher des
Racks. Fixieren Sie den Montagesatz mit Hilfe der Rackschrauben am Rack.
4
Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte für die andere Geräteseite (an der sich der andere
Rackhalteknopf befi ndet).
C
Installation der Hardware
Sehen Sie auch unter der Abbildung zur Installation nach (die Zahlen in der
Abbildung entsprechen den jeweiligen Installationsschritten) und führen Sie
nachstehende Schritte aus:
1
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker des PDU-Netzkabels in eine Netzsteckdose.
2
Schließen Sie die Netzkabel der mit Strom zu versorgenden Geräte (wo
anwendbar) an den Stromversorgungsausgangsbuchsen der PDU an.
Hinweis:
Wir raten Ihnen nachdrücklich, die PDU nicht an einer
Mehrfachverteilersteckdose anzuschließen, weil dann die für den ordnungsgemäßen
Betrieb der PDU benötigte Stromstärke u. U. nicht zur Verfügung steht. Wenn Sie
diese Installationsschritte abgeschlossen haben, können Sie sowohl die PDU als auch
die angeschlossenen Geräte einschalten.
Überspannungsschutzanzeige
(für PE0110S, PE0209S, PE0210S, PE0118S, PE0218S, PE0116S,
PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S, PE0324S)
Die Überspannungsschutzanzeige fi nden Sie an der in der Hardwareübersicht
angegebenen Stelle.
Wenn die PDU eingeschaltet ist, dann sollte sie leuchten.
Wenn diese Anzeige bei eingeschalteter PDU nicht leuchtet, dann schalten Sie bitte
sowohl die PDU als auch die angeschlossenen Geräte aus. Bringen Sie für weitere
Unterstützung die PDU zu einem Händler in Ihrer Nähe.

Coloque verticalmente la unidad cerca del bastidor y alinee los dos orifi cios para
tornillos del kit de montaje en forma de L (como se muestra en el diagrama “f”)

Instalación del hardware
Consulte el diagrama de instalación (los números en el diagrama corresponden con

Conecte el cable de alimentación de la PDU básica a una fuente de alimentación
de CA.
2
Para cada dispositivo que desee conectar, conecte su cable de alimentación
entre la toma de CA del dispositivo (cuando corresponda) y cualquier toma de
alimentación disponible en la PDU básica.
Nota:
Le recomendamos encarecidamente que no conecte la PDU básica a un
cable de extensión de toma múltiple, ya que es posible que no reciba el amperaje
sufi ciente para funcionar correctamente. Una vez que haya fi nalizado estos pasos de
instalación, puede encender la PDU básica y los dispositivos conectados.
Indicador de protección de sobretensión
(Para PE0110S, PE0209S, PE0210S, PE0118S, PE0218S, PE0116S,
PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S, PE0324S)
El indicador de protección de sobretensión es el que se muestra en la reseña del
hardware.
Normalmente debería estar encendido cuando la unidad está encendida.
Si el indicador no está encendido cuando la unidad está encendida, apague la
unidad y cualquier dispositivo conectado de forma segura. Devuelva la unidad al
distribuidor más cercano a su ubicación para obtener ayuda.

uno dei fori identifi cati.

Inserire i rivetti nei fori. Fare riferimento al diagramma “d” (nel diagramma è
mostrata solamente la confi gurazione del rivetto superiore).
3
Una volta fi ssati i rivetti all’interno dei fori, il montaggio è completo.
Utilizzo del kit di montaggio a L
1
Sulla parte posteriore dell’unità, svitare la vite dei rivetti di fi ssaggio del rack e
quella immediatamente sottostante. Fare riferimento al diagramma “e”.
2
Posizionare l’unità in verticale vicino al rack e allineare i due fori per le viti sul
kit di montaggio a L (come mostrato nel diagramma “f”) ai due fori per le viti
sull’unità. Fissare il kit di montaggio all’unità usando le viti del kit.
3

Installazione hardware
Fare riferimento al diagramma di installazione (i numeri nel diagramma
corrispondono ai passaggi numerati) e procedere come segue:
1
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione della PDU di base a una fonte di alimentazione CA.
2
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione di ogni dispositivo che si desidera collegare
alla sua presa CA (se applicabile) e a una qualsiasi presa sulla PDU di base.
Nota:
consigliamo vivamente di non collegare la PDU di base a una multipresa,
poiché potrebbe non ricevere l’amperaggio necessario a funzionare correttamente.
Una volta completati i passaggi della procedura di installazione, sarà possibile
accendere la PDU di base e i dispositivi a essa collegati.
Indicatore di protezione dalle sovratensioni
(Per i modelli PE0110S, PE0209S, PE0210S, PE0118S, PE0218S,
PE0116S, PE0216S, PE0224S, PE0316S, PE0324S)
L’indicatore di protezione dalle sovratensioni appare come mostrato nella sezione
Panoramica hardware.
Deve essere illuminato quando l’unità è alimentata.
Se l’indicatore non è illuminato quando l’unità è alimentata, spegnere in modo
sicuro l’unità e tutti i dispositivi a essa collegati, quindi portare l’unità al rivenditore
più vicino per ottenere ulteriore assistenza.

Вставьте кнопочные крепления в отверстия. См. схему «d» (на схеме
показана только конфигурация с верхним выступом).
3
Для завершения монтажа зафиксируйте кнопочные крепления в
отверстиях.
Применение L-образного монтажного комплекта
1
С задней стороны устройства открутите винт у выступов для монтажа в
стойке, а также винт под ним. См. схему «e».
2
Разместите устройство рядом со стойкой вертикально и совместите 2
винтовых отверстия L-образного монтажного комплекта (как показано
на схеме «f») с 2 винтовыми отверстиями на устройстве. Закрепите
монтажный комплект на устройстве с помощью входящих в комплект
винтов.
3
Совместите любое из продолговатых отверстий на другой половине
L-образного монтажного комплекта с винтовым отверстием на стойке.
Закрепите монтажный комплект в стойке с помощью винта стойки.
4
Выполните те же действия с другой стороны устройства (где находится
другой выступ для монтажа в стойке).
C
Установка оборудования
Изучите схему монтажа (цифры на схеме соответствуют нумерации этапов)
и выполните следующее:
1
Подключите шнур питания базового PDU к источнику питания
переменного тока.
2
Для каждого подключаемого устройства следует соединить кабелем
питания розетку устройства (при ее наличии) с любой доступной
розеткой на базовом PDU.
Примечание.
Настоятельно не рекомендуется подключать базовый

Индикатор защиты от перенапряжения показан на схеме оборудования.
Он обычно горит при подаче питания на устройство.
Если индикатор не горит, когда устройство подключено к питанию, отключите
питание устройства и всех подключенных устройств безопасным способом.
Для получения дальнейшей помощи верните устройство ближайшему
торговому представителю.
