Troubleshooting
European Union - Disposal and Recycling Information

None of the LEDs turn on
- Make sure that you have the correct power cord connected to the VMG and plugged into
an appropriate power source.
PWR Red
- The VMG has a malfunction. Restart the VMG using the included power cable connected to
an appropriate power source.
DSL Green Blinking
- The VMG is initializing the VDSL line. Wait until it turns green.
PHONE Green Blinking
- A telephone connected to the phone port has its receiver off the hook or there is
an incoming call.
PHONE Orange
- VoIP registration is complete. There is a voice message in the corresponding SIP account.
PHONE Orange Blinking
- A telephone connected to the phone port has its receiver off the hook and there is a
voice message in the corresponding SIP account.
WLAN/WPS Off
- Make sure the wireless LAN is enabled on the VMG.
- Make sure you are using the correct SSID and key .
