Connecting the Power Supply
There are two cords coming out of the power supply.
•
Plug the smaller connector with 4 pins into the
power receptacle on the rear panel of the
Prestige.
•
Plug the bigger, three-pronged connector in an
AC outlet. To turn on the power, press the switch
in the ‘I’ direction.
Configuring Your Prestige
After you have successfully connected your Prestige, you
can use your computer’s communications software to
configure your unit. Simply select the COM port to which
your Prestige is connected and turn the power on. After
the initial data, you will be asked to enter the password.
Enter the default password of “1234” and press enter.
This will automatically send you to the SMT (System
Management Terminal) which will be used to configure
the Prestige.
Fill in the fields as described in the following sections. It
is important to note that this set of configuration
instructions provides the minimum fields you need to set
in order to connect to the Internet.
