NetAtlas EPON Manager User’s Guide

10.6 Scheduled Device Configuration Backup

Perform configuration backups according to a schedule. Set the frequency, time
and date of the backup and the location where you want to backup the
configuration file.

Click Maintenance > Scheduled Device Configuration Backup to display the
configuration screen as shown.

Backup Directory/
Source File

If you are backing up a configuration file from a device, type in or
Browse to the directory that you wish to backup the configuration
file to.

If you are restoring a configuration file to a device, type in or
Browse to the location of the file you wish to restore.

FTP timeout

Type the number of seconds to wait for a successful FTP connection
before timing out.

Save configuration
before backup

Select the Save configuration before backup option to save the
running configuration to the configuration file on the device before
backing up the device.

Apply

Click Apply to backup or restore the device configuration file. A
screen with a message displays, click Close.

Close

Click Close to exit this screen.
