3.2.5 Management 

Port 

The 

MGNT 

(management) port is used for local management. Connect directly to this port using a STP (Shield 

Twisted-Pair) cable. You can configure the switch via Telnet or the web configurator.  

The default IP address of the management port is 192.168.0.1 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 

3.3 Rear Panel 

The following figure shows the rear panel of the ES-3124. The rear panel contains the ventilation holes, a connector 
for external backup power supply (BPS) and the power receptacle.
