The EM-412 uses a high-speed 10GBase-CX4 cable as
pictured below. The image on the left gives a full view of the
cable. On the right is a close up of the CX4 connector.
Use the following steps to attach the 10GBase-CX4 cable.

Inject the cable firmly into the 10GBase-CX4 slot until it
clicks into place.

Tighten the attached screws to avoid poor contact
between the cable and connector.

The EM-412 automatically detects the cable. Check the
LEDs to verify that it is functioning properly.
