CONNECTING TO YOUR ANDROID
Turn on your TabAccess device using the on/off switch located at port
(A). When powered, a blue LED will show, indicating that the power is
on. A red LED will then begin to flash to indicate it is searching for a
device to connect with. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your Android
by navigating to the Settings App, and selecting Bluetooth. Make
sure that your Bluetooth is turned on using the slider underneath the
Bluetooth option.
If TabAccess does not appear in your Paired device list, select the
Scan option at the top of the screen. It will appear as something
similar to:

Tap on the name and the pairing process will begin. It takes less than
20 seconds to connect, after which the Android device will state that
the device is ‘Paired’. TabAccess is now ready for use.
AUTOMATIC SLEEP MODE
To conserve battery life, TabAccess automatically enters a low-power
sleep mode if it remains unused for more than 10 minutes. During this
time, TabAccess might temporarily loose connection to your device
via the Bluetooth pairing. If this happens, click on a switch input to
reactivate the connection or follow the guidelines above to reconnect
to TabAccess.
