IPv6 Address Configuration
Examples
Example 1:
Suppose that a Gigabit Ethernet interface card is
inserted in the Slot 3 of ZXR10 T600/T1200, and IPv6 address
is configured on the second interface. The following are detailed
configurations.
ZXR10(config)#interface gei_3/2
ZXR10(config-if)#ipv6 address 2005:1234::1/64
or
ZXR10(config)#interface gei_3/2
ZXR10(config-if)#ipv6 address link-local
fe80::1111:2222:3333:4444
Example 2:
This example describes how to configure MTU value
to be 1400 bytes on interface fei_1/1.
ZXR10(config)#interface fei_1/1
ZXR10(config-if)#ipv6 mtu 1400
Example 3:
This example describes how to do accessibility test
of network 3ff::2.
ZXR10#ping6 3ff::2
sending 64-bytes ICMP echos to 3ff::2,timeout is 1 seconds.

Example 4:
This example describes how to view routing table.
