adding a contact to favourites

Tap and hold from the Contacts Screen the contact you want to add to
Favourites.

Tap Add to favourites from the pop-up menu.
TOUCHPOINT: You can also tap a contact and then tap
next to the contact’s
name to add it to Favourites.
searching for a contact

Tap
at the bottom of the Contacts Screen.

Input the contact name you want to search for.
The contacts matched will be listed.
