Notes on PIN Codes 

•

  PIN Code 1 is provided by Telstra. 

•

  PIN2 Code is an additional PIN associated with your (U)SIM card and is not normally 

used. 

•

  Handset Lock is an additional PIN code used when you switch on the phone. 

•

  If you forget your Handset Lock code your handset will need to repair and you will lose 

your content. It cannot be reset after it is locked. 

 
Fixed dial numbers and FDN list:   

This function requires set-up and support from Telstra. If FDN is enabled on the (U)SIM card then 

only the phone numbers listed in the FDN list can be called. This function also uses PIN2. Please 

contact Telstra for more information.
