Outbox 

The Outbox folder contains all messages that were not successfully sent during the 
last attempt. From this folder you can edit or resend your message.

You can also send a message directly from the Outbox by selecting

Drafts 

The Drafts folder contains drafts and unfinished text and multimedia messages. From
