Setting a Sounder Activation Delay
On the Premier Elite there is the option to delay the sounder activation in the event
of a fire. This might be useful in schools or clubs where the responsible person
might want to verify the alarm, before having a “mass evacuation” of the building. A
false alarm can be reset before the sounders operate. If it is a true alarm, the
sounders can be started before the timer finishes by pressing the DELAY
OVERRIDE BUTTON.
To set a delay open the panel door using Alan Key provided and set switch 7 (
SW7
)
using a terminal screw driver to the delay required
